Very poor – I can't believe the leather from our couch peeled off after only 9.5 years of use. It's only my husband and I that use it and it was taken care of and cleaned on a regular basis. Never again will I step foot into Freedom Furniture.  Show details

Freedom Furniture Leather Couch – Never ever buy freedom furniture. They are Ikea quality (Ikea got at least better design and cheaper option). My leather couch started to peel about 3 years, and their customer service is worst experience ever.

Very disappointing, didn't think peeling would happen – Have had our 2 and 3 seaters for over 5 years and had started peeling recently, even with careful maintenance over the years. Bonded leather, something that Plush warned us against at the time! is key to the shiny leather look at this price point. Was hoping for more years wear and tear given paid $3700 for the set. A word of warning as it wasn't… Read more

highlighted at the time of sale by Freedom (why would they do themselves out of a sale) that the bonded leather wouldn't wear well. Will be shopping elsewhere next time.

Terrible material – We also have this sofa and the same thing has happened. This was obviously a very cheap material sold at a rather expensive price. We have been to freedom to see if there is some way to repair the sofas and they just said it is cast leather and cannot be repaired. There was absolutely no care or customer service.

Very disappointed in Freedom Nevada sofas - not told is was bonded leather – Our 2 Nevada 3 seaters are beginning to peel really badly. I have contacted Freedom and they are going to call me back today. I will be seeking a replacement for these sofas because they are only 3 years old and they were not cheap. They are used by only by husband and myself in the main. These were a replacement for 2 other sofas whose cushioning… Read more

failed in a very short time and we were asked to reselect. We were not told at the time of purchase that the material used was bonded leather and therefore not resilient to normal living. I will post my experience with Freedom in pursuing this matter.

Shocking – Would be curious to know why our Freedom Nevada supposedly leather lounges are badly peeling. The ottoman is fine. We have had a leather couch in the rumpus room for 10 years and it looks as good as new ( not a freedom brand)
