I also can not get the product out of the tube. Surely you can put this product in a different container. Not even any directions, had to look it up.

How can I get my money back. Cannot get anything out of the tube. Don't even know if the product works as I cannot try it. Not Happy. Put it in a different tube or jar.

I purchased this product about 4 weeks ago and have not found any difference to my lips at all - I even have evidence to prove it in the way of photographs. How do I return the product without the receipt?
