My M225 dw stopped printing with this error on the display panel : Jam inside. Open the Front Cover, pull out the Drum Unit completely and remove the jammed paper. However, I opened the front, pulled out the catridge, but did not see any jammed paper inside! Please help.

My printer has stopped responding to my iPad which was wifi setup. I see in comments below people have had similar issues. Could someone please help/advice what I need to do to reconnect the wifi setup. Much appreciated for anyones assistance. Mary

Hi I updated windows 10 and some how i installed windows 11 . Now my DocuPrint M225 dw wont print as i believe there is no driver from Fuji for windows 11, how can i fix this ?

Love my machine - but - it now scans with a vertical line down the entire document - help please????!!!!

Generic answer: You will need to clean the glass scanning panel or strip as there is probably a speck on it that comes through in the scans. May need a service call or a printer tech to do it.

HI there. I hope people still come on here. LOL. I purchased a XEROX DOCUPRINT M225 from a FB page 6 months ago, and when I got it home, and plugged it in, it just worked! Anyway, after a while for some reasons I played around with it, and anyway, I have just reinstalled the whole suite, and is it now asking for THE NETWORK KEY. I don/t have that. Any ideas how I can bypasss that?? Regards

My FujiXerox software just found the printer and installed it. Try putting in the WIFI password or uninstall the software and reinstall...some people are still lurking here, lots of free time during lockdown hehe

This printer (Fuji Xerox docuprint m225 dw) has been discontinued. I am interested to know how much it costed a brand new one. Thanks to everyone for the cooperation.
