Wonderful service, both admin (Dannielle, you legend) and on site (Dan, you star). There is no mess to clean up afterwards so it's quick, efficient and inexpensive. Plus the before and after photos back up all the positive reviews. I'm a client for life.
Follow-up · I live in an average sized, single storey house. There is a pergola and a double car garage attached to the roof line. The surrounding area has many decidous trees. The first time had the gutters cleaned out took the longest as it had been a few years since the gutters had been done by hand. That time took over an hour, maybe closer to two and cost $250. I've been using them ever since as it was money well spent. They take all the "gutter-goop" away with them and clean up afterwards, mostly within the hour. In the past 3 years, the price has remained unchanged.
Happy to have found Full Force – I hired Full Force Gutter Vacuum after another company didn't complete the job properly. I so wish I had found them first. (Turns out their leaflet was on the fridge all along, but we tend not to see what we stick to the fridge after a while.) I greatly appreciated their courtesy and service levels. When the technician, Dan, was ahead of schedule, they checked with me to see if it was okay if he arrived earlier. He was a pleasure to deal with, conscientiously finishing the work and taking great care to clean up afterwards - again, much appreciated. In consideration that I had recently paid someone else to do the job, Full Force only charged me a nominal sum to complete it which was kind. Their quote for ongoing work was far more reasonable than my other experience, so from now on, Full Force will be my go-to company for gutter cleaning at least twice a year.
