skills and how hard and dangerous his job can be, I was amazed by the positive attitude towards his customers satisfaction! I can not thank AGP enough for the amazing job protecting my house and stopping the birds from having party on my roof and in every morning I had to wake up with their tab dancing so getting the job done with AGP was priceless!

Great product and customer service – After reviewing a number of companies we chose AGP to supply / install gutter guards to our entire roof. We were having issues with birds trying to get into the roof cavity and lots of leaf drop from 3 massive gum trees close to our property. process, required maintenance (minimal) and warranty. We chose the tuff mesh product (colour bond coated aluminium), got what we thought was a great price (last business day of the financial year helped) and booked the order. Rob advised it would be about 2 weeks until install.
The next week Mitch called to confirm an install day with us. He was available that week but we chose Monday the following week. Mitch messaged twice before the scheduled install confirming the time and arrived when promised.
Mitch cleaned all the gutters then did the install. The whole job took about half the day - I expected one or more days. Mitch was meticulous in clean up after the work was done. There were no scraps, screws, etc anywhere on the property. He also took pictures of the gutters after cleaning and after the mesh was installed and walked through all of them with me explaining the different install process for the channels on the roof and the roof parapet.
We're very happy with the product and the high quality workmanship of both the product and Mitch's installation.
Highly recommend AGP. And no we didn't get anything for providing this review. Just really impressed with the whole experience of choosing AGP. Customer service in Australia can be an atrocious experience. AGP shows how it should be done.

This was clearly documented on the quote, and when they installed it, we were happy with the workmanship. Aluminium Gutter Guard – From sales to installation to support this was a great experience. Initial sales visit was excellent and the installation happened right on schedule. About a year later high winds (or an animal) had pulled up some of the screening and the support was excellent. The installation team did a great job and where very tidy – AGP did a great job on my gutter guard they removed some of the cheap brush stuff from the previous owner and put a new mesh on which looks great.
I must say, quite satisfied with their service – Would recommend AGP great quality work and the mesh is super strong but had to wait 12 weeks install when I was told 8 when I placed the deposit which was a bit frustrating.
Professional and friendly would recommend – Spoke to Sharon on the phone who was great throughout despite me having to delay the work several times. They did a great job installing the gutter guards and the solar panel bird protection it looks great. Show reply

Unprofessional and very poor customer service – In 2012 had mesh installed. Contacted AGP to clean and flush guttering. Despite numerous promises to provide a date the company never provided a date and then stopped returning calls.
Very professional company – Quality product fine mesh , small leaf, animal and ember proof. Excellent communication through covid lockdown and when possible the installation done professionally and proficiently. Great people and easy to deal with which made for a pleasant experience.
