I have gutters that are very old and continually filling with leaves from adjacent gum trees on one side and sheoak on the other. events to actually test the system however the buildup of the pine needle like leaves from the Sheoak is moderate suggesting that wind does remove some of them. There was some delay from product delivery to installation, but I am very happy with the installers engaged and the finish of the product although looking forward to a decent rain event to see how it really performs; so far so good.

What a wonderful job this company has done for us. We saw the product on facebook and got really excited. We had the worst house in Australia due to the wrong guttering. raincoat and getting saturated while wrestling with the recalcitrant tube! Cleaning the guttering was always a balancing act and there was always the possibility of getting a metal cut while cleaning out the dross.
We decided that it was time to replace the guttering, so I did a search and found a product called Easyfall guttering.
I am a skeptical buyer, so am always wary and do a lot of checking before committing to a purchase. From the start, the experience with [Name Removed] and the team from Easyfall was a good one.
The web site was clear, concise and easy to navigate. It had just the right amount of information for me to convince me to make contact.
The Easyfall product is outstanding. It's a classic example of how everyone just accepts the traditional products without wondering if there's a better solution.
[Name Removed] was eminently contactable throughout the whole process. Everyone from the accounts person ([Name Removed]) through to the installers (Cesco and Centini) and the electrician ([Name Removed]) that had to move our electricty connection from the street to the house were polite, engaging and pleasant to deal with.
[Name Removed] spent over an hour showing us how the Easyfall guttering system works. There was noo 'hard pitch' just honest explanation of the product and the process and schedule that would be followed during installation.
The entire installation took just on a week as it rained when the team were half way through. This gave us an opportunity to see the product in action in the parts where it was installed. It worked a treat. We also had a chance to see how cleaning may work. It was a much easier affair. In fact gutter cleaning may now drop to an annual event, rather than a quarterly event. Rather than having to dig into a metal edged gutter to extract detritus, we can use a brush or a blower to clear things away.
We are more than happy with the product and the job that was done by the Easyfall team. Our house looks a million dollars.
The only problem we have now is that our canvas awning blinds look old and tired and will need replacing! I wonder if they do those as well?
I will be recommending the Easyfall product and team to all my friends and family.

Everything fine - until there's a problem, or three!!! – After 9 months, I've had enough. Problems from day 1. They removed an existing downpipe by the back deck and said it didn't need replacing. However, it was eventually replaced pretty quickly once a huge water stain appeared on the study ceiling after the first downpour. in huge round white downpipe (one that is normally used underground). It was effective in stopping the leak, but outright ugly to look at and ruins the look of the back patio. Next problem was the downpipe at the front entertaining area near the pool was moved from the agreed corner of the pergola to the middle of the pergola but the outlet rested on the tiles next to a drain, rather than it being connected to the pipework underneath, resulting in that area being constantly wet and in heavy rain the whole entertainment area gets flooded. It has spoiled the whole look of the whole pool entertainment area. Then there was the problem with not enough material to cover the stairs when installing the roof over the back deck. I said the whole idea of getting a patio roof installed was so the stairs would stay relatively dry when it rained, but there was only enough material to be in-line with the stairs rather than an overlap, and the bottom 2 steps have no coverage at all!
In June [Name Removed] assured me they had another job in the area shortly and could at least extend the roof slightly, but after 3 months without any further contact I'm pretty much done with this company. Job started first week in January 2024 - 9 months down track we are now in September and I'm pretty much done!

installer did a great job and was good to deal with. New gutter had been installed on the other side of the house(not easy fall gutter) and needed leaf guard, easy fall installed their leaf guard system and it works really well. Would recommend this system to anyone .

Love the look of the big chunky gutter, BUT avoid if your house is under tree(s) – Gutter looks great if installed straight; but if your installer does not get 2 adjacent length aligned level it's noticeable (You will see the V shape - photo attached). If you live under gum tree(s), like I do, you will need to remove the leaves very regularly. If you don't the seeds and debris clog up the little net covers and water will come… Read more
over the sides. The gutter is fully enclosed, apart from the holes with the net covers. I find that over the months, debris builds up inside and then water cannot run away - the only way to resolve is by lugging a gurney up and blasting away though those holes - my worry is that this probably damages waterproof material inside. NOTE - they sell you the gutter, but liability for any issues tends to be with their 3rd party installers - it would be useful if the tradies doing the install actually speak English ;-) I'm lucky that I can get up a ladder and reach the gutter both sides of the house, but with climate change and trees becoming more and more stressed, I normally cannot leave the gutters unattended for more than 2 or 3 weeks. It's important to blows the leaves off the gutter before they break down and start the clogging up.
PS - The owner of the company came and reviewed the gutters, and pleaded with me to remove my review, but after no resolution (He didn't come up with any suggestions), I have restored this review:
I repeat: if you live under trees, be prepared to get up a ladder and remove the leaves before any big rain, or the water will come over the sides and then you're in trouble.

water for the local birdlife. After considerable research, I discovered EasyFall Guttering and I really liked the design. Better still, EasyFall were prepared to travel to a regional area to give me a quote. The short story is that we accepted their quote, a final measure was arranged, guttering delivered and then the installers arrived. Due to the travel distance, we actually provided accommodation for the two installers. They just needed somewhere to sleep and access to a bathroom. Other than that they were fully self sufficient. The installers spoke no English and we speak no Chinese but this did not pose any issues for any of us. We downloaded an app onto our phone so that we could ask important questions like "Would you like a cup of tea?" The installers were here for 3 days and 2 nights and I can honestly say that I've never seen tradesmen work so tirelessly and diligently. We are very happy with the result. The guttering works and it looks good. Birdlife is now having to use the birdbaths rather than the guttering for their daily requirements. :)

completely metal exterior installed horizontally from one end to the other. The interior channel's drop is adjusted to provide a much faster flow than normal guttering provides. The metal leaf guard is designed to prevent leaves entering the channel and also in a manner that any leaves settling on top can be easily blown off with even mild winds. The installation was professionally carried out by their selected installer Atlas Carpentry Products. The finished job looks far better than we had even imagined. Easy Fall's guttering is uniquely designed,professionally installed, and streets ahead of all the others on the market.
Our experience with Easy Fall Guttering was positive. Living under gum trees for forty years and having tried numerous types of gutter guard to solve our guttering issues finally our problems seem to be solved. The installation was stress free and professionally done. The appearance of our house has improved and since installation have had no build up of leaves or debris in our gutters.

looked so good on paper, & when they finished. You can't see that the fall is not correct. That they havent siliconed the joins inside the pvc. That they just cut the downpipe off at the top of the step, & didn't even connect it 4 steps down to the actual drain in the ground 2oocm over!! What a fraud is paul. Took over 8 yrs to find the actual company who 'did it' but he says, 'oh they were con Tractors' not me! He went into liquidation, changed the name a bit. (sorry, I'm talking about either easy fall or easy flow. Whichever the first one was, is the one I mean. I told him about the problem & he said he'd call me back. Took weeks. No call. Then more stalling. More weeks. Then said he could'nt make it. He'd send someone out. A builder comes out. Can't quote how much $$ or hours up there for 2 guys. He wouldn't even be coming out. Just 2 jokers who can sit up there & yak on their phones all day. Do another fecal (lets be polite) job & leave when their phone calls are finished. (that was what could probably happen) so I didn't have them come by. Next time I talk to him he tells me that I should buy the new gutters he's designed. That the old ones overflow onto the fascia. Great. What a deceptive person. The water can't get away fast enough as the stupid little tea strainers are too tiny to capture the water, so it shoots over the edge or overflows the inner pvc gutter & pours like a waterfall out of the metal covers. I imagine most positive reviews are made up by the company. Or just based on how they look. You have to get up there to clean them out just as much as normal gutters, as if you don't the leaves disintegrate and fall in the tea strainer holes and then become mud and block the gutters. Then they're overflowing through the metal covers all over your verandah. Anywhere. Continually leaking. He has made a lot of money from having crappy installers put them in. He's making a fortune paying guys who just want some quick money. Don't buy them. A nightmare. He stalled so long, saying it wasn't him, it was someone else, I missed being able to report him and maybe getting some money back. Liquidation lawyers told me I couldn't get any money back & a few other choice words about [Name Removed] practice.

antenna was partially stripped by tile movement and/or guttering installation and so whenever it rains heavy, the free-to-air signal is so compromised the TV is unwatchable so we turn to cable TV (and a different program) instead. Just cowboys who get in and do their guttering removal and installation as quickly as possible without due care. Would definitely insist on a different installation team.

Paul even said “ well we can just delay delivery”. and said not many people read the fine print. For a product that uses off cuts from his manufacture worth a couple of grand your paying $11000.00. We had problems with the height of the front gutter and water dripping for a long time after rain. The Easyfall system solved all this and we were happy with the excellent service and workmanship
If you have a water problem, fire or maintenance risk then EasyFlow gutters are the answer. We installed EasyFlow on the rear of our house several years ago to help reduce overflow / flooding from our original gutters. More recently we extended them around the entire house. We have the full box model that replaces the facia with the added benefit of low maintenance and leaf protection in our bushfire prone area.
Excellent guttering system. Very high quality, self cleaning so I don't have to get up on a ladder nearly as much as before, very high water catchment, and the house is now dry inside. I am very happy with this system.

Ever since we had the new Easy Fall system installed (approx 18 months ago), we have noticed a dramatic increase in the amount of water that flows to the water tank. The system copes very well - even when there are leaves, twigs and some bark on the top - the water still drains through to the inside and down to the water tank. Also, if there are strong winds it blows most of it off. We have also received compliments from neighbours about how good it looks. We highly recommend this product (again!) and the installers from TZT also did an amazing job.
