Nothing but problems. Quoted 17k Actual amount 42K. the balcony wasn’t levelled correctly and now water pooling in opposite side of drain. Been waiting 2 months for them to come back out to rectify the issue
Follow-up · original quote was for replacing the balcony. the extra cost was for replacing structure which was well overpriced. this was after the balcony was stripped back to just the structure and exposed. a new contract was signed. The new balcony has started leaking in the bedroom below where the pooling water is. Contacted leak detection pro and confirmed it was the balcony. sent this to [Name Removed] with no response. the issue has been sent to VCAT
Repeated unwanted letter box flyers are still being delivered. Very similar content to other operators of dubious reputation. BEWARE - asks for upfront payment, no proof of worker qualifications or insurance
