Galit Support Coordination

I utilised the service for mental health support coordination. I felt they did not provide much support that was relevant or helpful to my diagnosis and treatment needs. I did not feel they provided appropriate support when I was in hospital or that they were able to find me appropriate support workers. They did not do handover to my workers or assist them in caring for me better. They did not assist with preventative, supportive interventions to help keep me out of hospital.
