I recently purchased the GATOR GX5HDKT 5' reversing camera kit, but the installation instructions were too difficult and not detailed enough, so I contacted the company and asked for an installation video and was told that they could not help me anymore and that I should go to a professional shop. The reason I asked for the video is because there are a lot of videos on youtube about how to install a reversing camera for different models made by the company. The model I bought is still on sale and I am at a loss for words with the company's response. I think there is something wrong with the way this company deals with customers and I would never recommend them.
