George Foreman GR18870AU

Disappointing – Bought it when my Ronson died after years of continual usage. The Foreman takes ages to cook anything. Last effort was 45 mins to cook sausages. Anyone know where I can find a new Ronson? Had to continue to keep turning end to end to cook evenly. Show details

Disappointed – Started with a Ronson grill and had it for years. When it died we had to buy George Foreman because the Ronsons were nowhere to be found. Have now gone through 2 Foremans because the cooking surface doesn't stay non stick and my meat burns before being cooked through. Cleaning it takes ages now!  Show details

Great grill, so easy to wipe clean – Only had it a couple of weeks but love it already. It's so easy to wipe clean, even when I forgot about it and didn't wipe it until it had cooled right down. I saw a review on a store site that complained that the oil didn't run off, but I bet they didn't use the little legs to make it slope. The old machine didn't have the flat or slope option, so if you made a cheesy toastie the cheese would run forward as it melted, but this new one has the option so you can have it sloped for your meats and flat for your sandwiches.

I thought at first that the lid was loose because the hinge was floppy, but it's actually a floating hinge so that the top plate sits flat on top of even a thick steak or sandwich. And if you need the bench space, this one stands up vertically when you're not using it, got to be happy with that :-)

perfection in a short time. Only downside is there are no heat controls, we use it for a quick grill or toastie so works well.

Overall, definitely recommend one of these.

grill!) It is so diverse and easy to clean. The only negatives is no temperature control so sometimes marinades can cook too fast but its not much of a bother compared to everything it does! Can use it to cook almost anything, Non-stick, Cheap, Easy to Use and clean, Can choose tilt or no tilt No temperature control.
