Gerni 3600

Very Dssatisfied – I've had this unit for approximately 4 years. From day one the hose connector on the main unit was faulty and popped off under pressure. I used the one from my old Karcher cause I couldn't be bothered going back to the seller. The spray gun head developed a leek and found a part had cracked internally about 3 years in. Bought a new replacement spray head. The pressure hose that connects to the spray head has corroded and now won't click in. I had an equivalent Karcher for about 8 years before it developed a problem and thought I'd give Gerni a go. Not happy with the result. I'll be giving this away or binning it.

Spare yourself from the headache – Received 1 as a present. The water inlet coupling bursted the moment we used it. Had it replaced, and same thing happened. The water inlet coupling bursted straight away. We were really gentle with the water gradually turning the tap because of the experience with the 1st one. Reeling the hose is such a pain as well. Im glad it broke straight away, imagine having it longer and breaking once its outside warranty.

Not good – The only nozzle that truly works for paving on this unit is the compact jet spray nozzle. The first nozzle to break is the same nozzle. The only nozzle that is not for individual sale is, you guessed it, the very same nozzle, thereby rendering the unit pointless. Thanks Gerni.

good machine with lots of extras too – I replaced my old Karcher K2, it crap itself oil leaking every where, so the Gerni 3600 does the same job and has more tools that come with it, only disadvantage, is WHY 2 year warranty, but extra 3 years if you go on line and tell them what you had for breakfast ??? Oh yea and it comes in a heap of pieces to put together, another negative...??? the pressure of this unit is a bit weak and the adjustment is a bit dodgy too...
