Worked great for the first 4 or 5 jobs. It then developed an issue with the jet attachments intermittently not providing full pressure. Coincidently the patio washer stopped spinning and leaking from the seal and the foam gun would not spray soap around the same time. All nozzles were checked and cleaned. everything is failing after 3 months. Can't seem to get anything quality these days even after spending $330.
Love my Gerni except for the hose reel which is hopeless The hose is too stiff and doesn't fit properly I put the power cord on it - ok to get on but really time consuming to get off. I'm sure I followed instructions properly when setting it up Show details

I purchased this product and everything was great except it had a faulty ‘jet nozzle’. I went into where I purchased the Gerni and asked the process for getting a new nozzle. explained my situation (that the Gerni was fine and was just after the replacement part). I can appreciate that it is a single product but I felt this was a bit of a waste and unnecessary to replace everything. I dealt with Kevin who was extremely understanding, he also confirmed that the above was indeed the process, however he was willing to just send me the part replacement part no questions. Once the part arrived, not only did Kevin send the ’jet nozzle’ but also 3 other useful attachments. I really appreciated how Kevin dealt with this situation even though it was not the normal procedure. This was not only great initiative and customer service, but cost the business less money not having to replace the Gerni, it resulted in a better outcome for the customer as it was resolved efficiently and I now have 3 attachments I didn’t previously have! Win/win
Great machine, covers a range of uses – Excellent all round pressure washer. Great for mould on pavers around pool, great for green mouldy film on fences. Amazing for mould foot paths. Show details
Warranty Registration is a Pain – Was given the GPW5000 as a present however to register on line for the warranty, the www.gerni.com.au web site registration process requires a copy of the actual receipt from Bunnings. a Bunnings requirement. Surely, I am not the first person to have mislaid the receipt or received the product as a gift! Sounds a bit off and smells of obstacles being presented to avert warranty registrations.
Did the job better than expected – I bought this 5000 Gerni series to clean all the paths and driveways of my house which were caked with a decade of mold and dirt, wasn't sure whether the 5000 series size motor would get the job done, turns out it was more than enough. The deck attachment was useless for my particular job but the fan attachment was superb. Show details
