With this card, path tracing and high ray tracing settings at 1440p are possible, providing an enjoyable experience. Nvidia's multi-frame generation (MFG), although it isn't best used below 50fps, is superb at smoothing out the experience at over 50fps on high refresh monitors.

Gigabyte has addressed the excessive thermal paste issue in a later variant of this model, which is good to hear, as I'll be vertically mounting it. It occupies 2.5 slots with the cooler and comes with an anti-sag bracket that needs to be assembled.
