I purchased this product (hubby xmas gift) almost 3 weeks before Xmas and did not receive it until 5/1/26! Though this company is based in Australia there was no mention that this product was getting sourced overseas. There was no update communication as to when it was going to be delivered. Two emails and 2 phone calls later I finally received an email 2 days before Xmas, telling me I should have read their shipping info( I did when I purchased it) then received a phone call on Xmas Eve saying it would not be received until after Xmas. I had already figured it wasn’t coming before Xmas so was not suprised! Extremely disappointed I never got this gift in time!! Beware future customers…….if you order anything as a gift for a specific occasion, make sure the product is not being sourced overseas (it sits in customs waiting for clearance) so you can make sure you get it on time. To be fair, customer service was very apologetic and offered a discount refund on this product or a refund. I opted for the discount refund. The actual perfume was lovely and my husband enjoyed his new year present!
