too hard he gives up and sends excuses. He would gain my respect if he just said it's too hard for him.
Heaps of other genuine and polite companies in Perth take your business elsewhere!
Great service, job well done – Just want to thank you for the great job you did. My patio hasn't flooded once in this last week of downpours we have had. Very happy if you can make my gutters a regular 6 month addition to your client base. Understand a couple cancelations I wouldn't want my son climbing on rooves in this weather so I wouldn't expect it of you guys either. See you next time
Stay away! – Made several appointments. They never turned up. Also never contacted me to explain or apologise. A Complete waste of time.
Total time wasters – Gave a quote, agreed a time. First no show with out warning. When queried claimed equipment breakdown and set new date, again did not turn up. I assumed repair delay and agreed new third date. Again did not arrive and haven't heard from them since.
Good service and staff – Great price, job done on time, friendly staff and would recommend to anyone who was looking for a quick easy cheap way to get your gutter clean.

No show and downright rude – Didn't show on the day of the booking and made no attempt to contact me. When I contacted the company they rescheduled for the next day. Didn't show up the next day either. After multiple unanswered calls, I eventually managed to contact company. Operator explained that they couldn't work due to rain and claimed to have sent me email that morning. No trace of alleged email in my inbox or spam. Operator was rude and hung up the phone.

No show...no response – Similar story to others. Booked them for a job, kept the dogs locked up inside, got home and realised they hadn't been. Rang, left message....no response. Kept dogs locked in for a second day, thinking they may show up, but still no show. Rang, left message again...still no response. Rang again...1800 number and mobile...again, no response. I just hope everything is ok as such poor customer service would generally be inexcusable.
Awful customer experience – Do not use this company. Gutter gobbler were due to come 'between 10 and 12'. At 12 I called and was told they would "probably be there by 1"... no show... called at 1:30...2:30...4:30 - no answer at the office phone number or mobile phone number. you". The contractor sent me a text shortly afterwards saying "the office should have contacted you". Very, very disappointing.
Update - I've since received a text from the contractor (to my private mobile phone number) threatening legal action as a result of my review!
Unprofessional time wasters – I called and they provided a quote. I arranged to go ahead. I left my number if any issues encountered. No contact to confirm job done. Several emails and a call later still no one has bothered to confirm if job has been completed. What a joke!! I was referred to them and not impressed. I have now arranged for this to be done by a professional service.
I can't understand that negative review – I was Googling for Gutter Gobblers phone number recently and came across a negative review. I was really surprised - I have never had anything but great service from Scott and Sam, they are friendly, reliable and professional. I have an old house surrounded by trees and they have sorted out my gutter problems every time. No mess and no fuss. I would recommend them to anybody :)
I have found them to be great. They have almost become like family – I have used Scott and Sam for 5 years now and am quite happy with them. Sure, at times they may have had to change an appointment time, but when it rains, everybody wants them at once I suppose. My gutters have leaves in them now, even though no rain. Don't bother – I engaged these people after getting a quote, and we organised a time and date via email. I wasn't going to be there, but they said that was no problem. Never pitched up nor did they respond to my query email after that.
Definately unprofessional – I had all the same experience as the reviews listed. Its unbelievable.I called 8 times, emailed 5 times, got a confirmed booking 1 week after a prompt with no show and so it went on. I'm getting someone else. Im glad they didnt show. Could you imagine if they broke anything or fell off the roof? what kind of trouble would knock on your door.

seriously can't understand how a company can be so unprofessional! These guys are amateurs! I'm actually glad they didn't get to do the job.. If they can't communicate, I dare they can clean gutters!
Unprofessional, don't waste your time – I wish I had seen these reviews sooner! After waiting weeks for my schedule appointment (and taking the day off work to wait for them) they simply didn't bother to show up. I tried calling multiple times throughout the day, to both their office and mobile numbers, and nothing. I took [name removed]'s advice and left a message saying not to bother and that I had booked elsewhere. Very frustrating experience!
Do not bother even calling this company – First, I wished I had read the previous review first! I too, had the same experience. Booked them in, they did not show up, countless calls from me with no response from them. As this is clearly the way he/they conduct themselves (unprofessional), Not wanting to get any abuse off them, which seems to be the last step of this scenario I rang again and told them not to bother coming nor to ever contact me again.
Worst company I have had to deal with – The problem started when the company didn't show to do the job. I then finally get this maniac on the phone from Gutter Gobbler abusing me
Give then a wide berth. They are very unprofessional.
