Avoid – Bought 1 of these in Dec 20013 with extended warranty. 1 year & 2 weeks later the thermostat went. The extended warranty covered it but the repair people couldn't fix it for 2 to 3 weeks. The store gave us a refund.

Don't buy one of these – We purchased one of these freezers on Saturday 26th October, and when we removed the Energy sticker off the door some of the paint came with it. The retailer agreed to change it over, which we did the next day. We followed all the installation instructions as per the user guide. The next day we loaded it up with ice cream, frozen vegies and such.

On Tuesday morning everything had defrosted.

We again contacted the retailer, went there and arranged to change over to a Westinghouse WFM1800WC. The size and number of drawers was the attarction.
