Waste of Money – We've perservered with ours for about three years now. The spout was way too stiff to turn and the retaining nut broke (or something that retains the tap) and now the whole tap turns. Makes dreadful squeaking sound when it does/did turn. Flow rate is abysmal with not enough to work the sink disposal unit properly, plus you have to wait ages for the sink to fill. Poor design AND function. Don't buy.

Watch out for older model with defective design – I bought a Hansa Polo kitchen mixer (tap) a few years ago. All sorts of problems. Very stiff moving the spout, usual accompanied by loud rubber squealing sound. Sometimes whole tap turns instead. Strange clunking sounds when turning on/off. (replacement) mixer. Put up with it for a while then contacted the company again and they replaced it again.

Turns out the first two mixers were an older model that had design flaws with the internal mechanism which was made of plastic. The newer model has brass mechanism and work great.

Happy with the company customer service, they were very professional and helpful. Not happy with all the hassles.

I'd recommend the new model with brass mechanism. Just watch out you don't get the older model.
