the clothes are dry which is a plus for me. The initial cost is quite high and I would think a lot of people would balk at this but if you can afford it, at 25cents a wash and 400 washes a pack, it is good value. I would definitely recommend this product.

Didn't clean – As much as I wanted this to work, this detergent didn't... brand new sheets and it was super obvious that it didn't clean them, I tried with an alternative eco friendly cleaner last week and they came up great. I won't be investing again sadly.

Don’t buy – This product does not work. Love the low tox, low allergenic and environmental qualities it has however it does not get dirty clothes clean. Would not recommend or purchase again.

detergents that do a far better job including Method (works great but I had a reaction to the fragrance), Bosisto's (excellent but went through it quickly and were creating too much plastic waste with empty jugs - haven't found a place to buy a BIG jug yet) and Dirt (good, not great).

Pros: - Didn't irritate sensitive skin

Cons: - Laundry not coming out looking or smelling clean - particularly does not do a good job of anything that has been used in the kitchen and might have mild staining, comes out looking pretty much as it did going in. Smelly dog blanket came out still smelly. - Even using double the recommended amount of detergent doesn't help. - Provided stainless pump bottle leaked, sprayed liquid everywhere and got jammed within a week - I tried another pump bottle I had hanging around and it is just as bad, the formula is very sticky when it dries and clogs the mechanism. - Cost = very expensive for the job it does!

Overall disappointing, we wanted to love this.

Quite happy with Happi! – The more I used it, I could see that the natural ingredients in it where making the clothes cleaner without the chemical effect and it is definitely better for kids sensitive skin! Definitely recommend it! Show details

Very impressed, worth initial outlay – Bought this laundry liquid after reading reviews on company's website and liked the environmental credentials of company and product. The amount used per wash is very small but it does work. Pumpkin and avocado stains on my baby's clothes have come off after 2 washes which didn't happen with other liquids. I also like that there is no distinguishable smell of liquid after wash has dried. Definitely worth the initial cost, and the pump bottle looks great.
