High quality case. Surprising voulme for size – I have been testing this unit having received it from the estate of my recently late brother for disposal. It has really solid, beautifully presented case. It charged up from the USBc connector and its been running all day without needing a recharge. The unit paired with both my Galaxy22+ and my desktop and produced excellent mono sound from Spotify. Volume was such that it filled the room. All in all I am impressed

The worst – I had quite a few portable speakers from many different manufacturers but this must the worst one I ever had. I bought it because I liked the look and the aluminium casing. plastic detached from the aluminium case. It took me quite some time and few tools to push it back. It now doesn’t align properly with the case. The charge lasts about 3/4 of what the manufacturer says. But the worst thing is the never ending connection issues. The unit keeps disconnecting randomly from the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Or the streams keeps cutting off or sounds like some sort of dial up modem. I have tested it with other iPhone I have and it’s the same.

Won’t hold charge – Have used my Neo for about 10 hours but now it won’t hold charge for more than 15 minutes. The charging light comes on when it’s plugged in, but once the light has gone off after a few hours it won’t work for more than 15 min. Good sound. It also doesn’t work while it’s charging so now I’ve got a lovely paperweight for my desk. Got it as a promo with some points so it’s too difficult to return it for an exchange. What a shame as it looks so nice. Show details
