Hide & Seek Kids My Kids Shack Cubby House

Poor product – Light weight and got destroyed in the wind. Who would have thought but the timber is very fragile and the cubby got completely destroyed with a gust of wind. Dissappointing for the kids and hide and seek kids are taking no responsibility for their cubby made out of poor, light weight material. Poor kids only had it for just over 2 weeks. What a waste of over $2000. We are devastated and would not get anything from this company again...they have not been helpful at all and apparently have no warranty in regards to an 'act of god' even though it is advertised as an outdoor cubby, and definitely should not get destroyed in the wind. There were no recommendations in the box as to concrete it in the ground etc and nothing stated on the website. One would assume an outdoor cubby should be one to simply with stand a gust of wind.I'm just lucky my kids weren't playing in there or they could have been injured or even worse....would it have been called an 'act of god' then.....time to start saving for another, stronger cubby that will hopefully last more than two weeks...I will be contacting consumer affairs to help resolve this issue as we saved for this for a long time and now the kids have to suffer because a poor quality product only lasted a couple of weeks before being destroyed...the look on their faces is now completely different to that in the photos posted. They are so upset...
