Purchased an Aussie brand 'Hills' for reliability. Product seemed quite strong, but on second use when moving the airer to sunlight, one of the top stems dislodged from its insert into the horizontal support and snapped the small disc fitting off… Read more

which locks the stem into the horizontal support. It seems wasteful to return for exchange so have glued the fitting back onto the stem despite it initially being snapped off. Disappointing at $54.95.

 Follow-up  · Hills were very responsive to be made aware of this issue and to rectify, but with my repair, the airer has maintained practicality.
