impossible to line the screws up with the thread to replace them..

The plastic pull or remove lip on the shelves are back to front with all my other fridges & the plastics frail. Ones already cracked to clean the glass shelves or these plastic edges if somethings leaked you need to remove the plastic edges & I can hear how thin & fragile the glass is, So I can't put anything heavyish on them. This is my first fridge that doesn't have a buzzer or alarm to warn you the doors still open. I'm dreading my power bill..

Brilliant – Great standing fridge with plenty of room for a family of 5. Nice big draw for fruit and veg, door space adequate for sauces, eggs, butter and 6 shelves for storage of meats, fresh produce and anything else you would like to store. Temperamental Hisense machine – Electronics /motherboard had to be replaced soon after purchase as temperature was unstable and varied especially on the top section.Then settled for a while but next year started again playing up. The technician's diagnoses were to replace the top filter/sensor, re gas the system.He was wrong! Wasted $85.00 on his visit. Solved by obtaining another motherboard which takes one screw to secure! and machine works again.  Show details

purchasing. But the second one behaved exactly like the first one. So we sent it back too, and replaced it with a different brand (which we've had no trouble with). I certainly would NOT recommend this fridge.

Great fridge. Never had any problems – This fridge/freezer always maintains a good temperature in all compartments. The fridge is quite and very easy to clean. I have never had any problems with this fridge and would highly recommend it to anyone. If anyone is looking for a trouble free product, this is the one for you!  Show details

Very disappointed – We have a Hisense fridge that just stopped working. The light is on but the fridge isn't cold no matter what is on the dial. Steer clear of Hisense as this fridge has only lasted 3.5years. Hisense products are of very poor quality. Extremely disappointed that I need to get a new fridge.  Show details
