Hi. Where i live has a Hisense HR6AF243. I put my stuff in the top shelf. My housemate puts his on the lower shelves. The problem is that my stuff are not cold enough and I am concerned about them getting spoiled and this is while my housemate's stuff freezes. Also thick layers of ice form on the fridge walls(in the middle shelves). I was wondering which is the coldest 0 or 7. We keep it around 4.5. also why is the reason for this big temperature gradient ?how can we fix it? And how can we stop the ice formation?

This fridge is not fit for purpose. Impossible to keep a constant temperature, has ruined a lot of food included insulin, light globe went within 2 weeks and Harvey Norman was not interested in helping, said it was a "consumable" so not their concern, will be taking this issue to the top, then choice magazine if I have to.

Hi Phil , 0 means off Setting 7 means Lowest temperature, coldest setting. Normally we advise you select setting of 2, 3 or 4. Please refer to user manual for further details.

My Brand new Hisense fridge HR6AF243 has too much condensation ! This is a replacement because the first one the back wall cracked, so was disappointed that this new one has the same condensation issue ? Hope this condensation does not cause cracking
