Hisense K320 Series

This is good. No complain till now – Every thing is good so far. Only missing Google play but as we have chorme we have access to all what we need. Picture perfect 4K quality Sound quality is average Overall satisfactory It used to turns on every morning but after updating firmware it is all good. Customer service is also good.  Show details

Hisense alarm clock TV – Purchased a Hisense 50" TV, received a TV with very good picture quality, average sound quality, poor remote design and as a bonus it turns on every morning at 5am. Contacted Hisence service centre and was told early morning turn on was a known problem,(they sold TV anyway). Have spent a number of hours trying to update TV's firmware with fixit… Read more

software supplied by Hisence but still have a 5am every morning alarm clock.

If you want a 5am alarm clock as a bonus, great TV. If you like to sleep past this time, consider carefully.

All the above said, after 2 weeks of trying to rectify problem with Hisense now happy with TV. Turns out problem was with the version of firmware installed. What should have been a simple job, install new firmware, took numerous phone calls, two USB firmware update sticks and multiple different sets of installation instructions.

Happy with TV now, but a little concerned about Hisense ability to resolve an issue
