My tv is showing the serial number as all zeros. What does this mean?

Is the tv compatible with NBN wifi connection. I can’t connect to my new NBN wifi modem.

Should not be a problem. I have NBN and through settings on TV was easy. On TV settings should be able to find nearby internet connection availability (your router) and select and put in Modem/Router pass code. Presume your wifi router is within suitable range.

Thanks Simon. Location of router is close and have been able to connect to Hotspot but cannot connect to wifi. Other devices are OK

John, I see on mine that under 'Network Settings' , the 'Wake on Wireless Network' box is ON, and 'Wake on LAN' box is also ON. At the top of that screen 'Network Configuration' - Connected. Good luck.

Hi John , this should not be an issue at all, If you give our friendly technical support team a call on 1800 447 367, they will be able to address your enquiry and assist in getting it all up and running . As its a new modem the TV may just need a full factory reset.

It doesn't connect to wireless 5, only works on 2.4 Phones work on 5 Ps4 is 2.4 So check your router settings for the 2.4 user name or and you will locate them in the tv when you search
