Problems with new S6 Pro robot – Purchased the latest window cleaning robot Hobot S6 Pro from I Robot with a money back guarantee. Tried multiple passes both dry and wet on a number of windows and could not get a reasonable clean on any of them. Tried it on our glass pool fence with the same result except it continually fell off the glass as soon as it encountered the glass panel supports. Have found it much better to buy glass cleaner from Bunnings spray on and hose off, much faster, cheaper with way better results. Have tried to resolve with I Robot to no avail, I would not recommend this product or this company.

Garbage – Seems to have severe issues with pathfinding, spent weeks and countless hours on the phone to tech support attempting to get it to work, managed to clean 21/35 windows though with an average time of 1 hour per window needing constant supervision. Would not advise wasting money, just get a telescope mop instead for $30 from bunnings, cleaned them all myself with one in less than an hour.
Purchased in for $590.
Low quality and bad design – It dose not clean as what it promises on the advertising. It always left marks on the windows even i use clean cloth plus their cleaning product on it. The worst thing is the black stripes where you attached the cleaning cloth on comes off after few uses. They only using double tape on it!! Very poor quality and design. I do not recommend anyone wasting money on it.
Purchased in for $499.
