I have an error code E13. Any ideas?

On a Hoover E13, means "Faulty module connections. Check all connections between modules and associated wiring." The chances are that you have a partially dislodged connector on the main board, or on the connector that goes to the motor

Have an error code E04, Cant find any info anywhere, can anyone help?

An E04 error code may mean there’s a problem with the anti flood, this means you have water in the base and may indicate that you have a leak.

hi, thank you, the water is going into the container on the door, i did think it was anti flood, but i tilted the machine and no water came out, and also the dryer will still work if i turn it on at the wall and push start straight away, but if i pause it will E04 again.

Hi just got the dryer today and I have a few concerns. Is it normal that the dryer makes a weird noise, - hard to explain the sound but it's in addition to the usual tumble sound ( like a loud tinny sound but not a vibration). It stops making the noise on the last 1 minute of the cycle. Also there was a small amount of water down the bottom where the filter/ sponge is (in the base of the unit) - Is that ok?

Thanks

There is a compressor inside that deals with the heat exchange. Similar to a fridge but in reverse. Perfectly normal.

This is different than your everyday tumble dryer it's a heat pump dryer so yes the sound is different. It doesn't make the sound last minute or 2 because it starts the cooling down process. And yes A little bit of moisture or water is normal down the front in the sponge area. Happy to help with anymore questions. It's a great machine I love it.

Does this machine have a buzzer/alarm when a cycle is finished?

If so, can it be turned off?

TIA, Robert

The dryer signals a few beeps at the end of the cycle. Not noisy and I cannot see in the instructions how it can be turned off.

Hey Rob happy new year. Yeah it beeps at the end and as far as I'm aware can't manually turn beeping off but it doesn't drag on. Kind regards ray

Hello, is there a bracket available for the Hoover Heat Pump Dryer and Hoover 8kg Front Loader (so that dryer can be stacked on top of front loader)? If so, could you please advise price and whether it is available from Appliances Online? Thanks, Mel

Hoover doesn't recommend hanging it up so I doubt they would sell one. We've had ours now for 8 months and we've already had to get maintenance on it. We tried to plumb it instead of emptying the door collection bucket. It stopped working.

The maintenance guy had no idea if the hoses were actually connected correctly. The manual is absolutely useless.

The maintenance company ignored our initial request. We had to go through Appliances Online to get anything to happen. It's been 2 weeks now and it's still not working.

Also, the first question the maintenance person asked if the dryer on the floor - and not hanging up. I think if you put it up you cancel your warranty.

You should buy another brand. I'm not impressed...
