I have a new G4 scooter and have programmed it to the point that the drive window appears (battery charge information], but when I kickstart and accelerate, there is no power. The battery has been and indicates fully charged. Need help Don

My Hoverfly says it will do around 40km on a charge, I am going about 15km before it needs charging. This is over 3 days so 5km a day. Can anyone explain why?

are you doing l2 which takes it up to 32kph? i do around 23km from the house to the office and i use 2 bars of battery and that's on 32kph. my road's mostly flat or going down. do you go through hills or inclined roads? if still an issue you may have to contact customer service. have had mine for more than a year and no issues really

Thanks John, not on L2. It’s pretty flat. Might need to speak to customer service

Sorry when you say Led light do you mean the front headlight? Long press on the + button doesn't turn it off? If yes that might be a problem. I'm not sure if you can bypass it by switching off the scooter itself

hello megan, no it does not have shock absorbers sorry. charging is done on the right side of the board, there's a small rubber cover which you open to reveal the port. the supplied charger goes in there and the other end to the wall power point. charging takes around 4-6 hours if the battery level is at one bar left.

Does it have shock absorbers? How do you charge it? Thank you
