I have a inkjet all in one hp printer I love but for what reason I don’t know but ink shot out everywhere and I took it apart to clean it and I can not get it to work since. And it was the best printer I have. So please if you can talk me through how to get it working email me at [Email Removed] please and thank you.

I have a HP Deskjet 3520, whilst printing I noticed the black ink was coming out faint. I assumed it needed a new ink cartridge, so replaced it and still no difference. I have done printer tests, cleaned the heads and the same thing keeps happening. Can you offer a solution?

With my old Cannon MP 360 I cleaned the printer head by removing it and flushing it with water and then soaking it in a weak detergent and water solution overnight and then flushing it with water again. Then let it dry naturally or with a hair dryer. That worked the first time but the second time it didn't. If you have already tried this and it didn't work it might be time to buy a new printer. I assume it is out of the 12 month warranty period.
