HP Laptop 15s-fq2723TU
VerifiedMPNs: 15s-fq2723TU and 7L075PA1 review
This is not what I expect from a new computer – I purchased this HP Laptop from the good Guys in WA. on the 26th September 2023. Which is 3 weeks ago. This is what I got. 1/Text size cannot be changed. 2/ Microsoft tried to fix it by a technician remote controlling it however he could not fix it.3/ I get notifications saying disc is at risk (Intel Optane memory) What's that all about??. I try diagnostics, says out of date re download???. The virtual assistant only has fixed answers which is "see community" (unpaid Labour) Does not understand when I ask for a Human. I try and get to a technician. Impossible. You cannot contact HP by email to explain your problem I want to exchange this for a new one re my warranty. I do review and tell them it is rubbish, no answer I am 79 years old I want a product when I switch it on it is flawless. Not telling my to download drivers etc.
