i have lost the power cord to my HP6960 printer. how do i get the product number to order a new cord ?
On mine its just a standard figure 8, 2 wire cable
When did this printer first come on the market?
Have 6960 purchased November 2017. Needs new printhead. Does this mean the other printheads will need to be replaced soon?
Hi mate you need special screw driver to remove...I have cleaned my a few times and still had issues.Personally invested too much time and end up buying a laser jet...if in OZ we have a law not fit for purpose.
My new Printer will not scan through the top scanner Do I have to do something to have this part work

How can I change my scan documents to my computer to "PDF" format?
Hi. Don't know sorry - I use a mac and I scan with the mac scanning software.
