HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14

Could this be the worst computer ever made? – Can't stand this computer. It took about 10 minutes to get to this page because the internet is so slow. I have another laptop (Dell) in the same room and it has no connection issues / speed is so much faster. Within about 6 months the charger stopped charging, took about an hour for the help desk to try to help. In the end the solution was bogus and I found a better more effective solution on their on-line support line. My latest issue is now when I am charging it the screen dims (rather than when its unplugged). Don't get this, it's absolutely terrible I wish I never got it. Can't wait until I've had it for long enough to justify buying a new (non HP) computer.
