HP Computer is a very arrogant, irresponsible, and ignorant company that is rude, racist, and ignores complaints without any response. It is a very immoral company that sells defective products and still stands by them. I purchased this product, 'hp zbook firefly 14inch g11 a' model directly through hp.com, so I purchased a genuine product through proper methods and procedures. This product repeatedly brightens and darkens the screen every 3-5 seconds irregularly. It is as if sea water is constantly coming in and out, and it is so clear, very noticeable and vivid that it is very stressful for the eyes. There is no way they didn't know about this defective product during the final inspection. Nevertheless, I think they may have chosen someone who is Asian and old like me. I have a reasonable suspicion that they waited for someone like me to get caught in order to avoid the loss of discarding a defective product that should have been discarded. They are shameless.
