Would not compensate a faulty product – Purchased a HPM 250 mm ducted Ceiling Exhaust fan. The electrician followed the instruction and used the template provided in box to drill a hole. Who knows the template is wrong size. The First cut made is way too large. We had to make a second position/hole to fit. This damage caused additional $200 out of my pocket to fix and patch up the first hole. Contacted HPM would not admit their mistake for no proper template in the packaging. The customer services rep simply void responsibilities.
