Human Touch HT-125

Quality and comfort but not right for me – I have found my chair to be comfortable, and the quality is there but. I need to get my legs up without having to lay back. There is apparently a newer model with two motors that lets you just raise the leg and foot massage rest on it's own.

Not made to last – This chair was great for the first few years, then the problems began... First, it dropped an entire function (kneading) from the massage. There was a 4 minute pause of all functions. It just stopped for 4 minutes, then resumed the remainder of program. The next problem and most bothersome, was that the remote had intermittent power. The chair would work and then shut off...VERY MADDENING for a chair this expensive.

Best health product ever purchased – My wife has been suffering from arthritis for many years and has, almost permanent joint and muscle pain. No product will cure arthritic joints but often the pain is caused by muscle stress due to compensating for arthritis. Massage therapy helps reduce the pain temporarily but is an expensive option when required, almost, on a daily basis. We have tested many massage chairs in a variety of shops but the physical size of most of them and often the cost, proved impractical.

We eventually visited the Bad Back Shop in Perth and tried The Human Touch HT125. What a revelation!

The massage was the best we have ever experienced from a massage chair. The chair does not look out of place in any home, suits our small lounge but most importantly has been a tremendous help in significantly reducing my wife's pain enabling her to undertake gardening and general household work.

I suffer from a bad back, sometimes, and painful feet but the chair has proved to be a boon for me as well.

The service we received from the Bad back shop was exemplary and no pressure was used to secure a sale. I also understand that they will visit homes in major Australian cities to offer a demonstration.

I am writing this review because I feel that people in similar circumstances to ourselves may get genuine benefit from this chair Everything, we did get it a very good price also
