Pacific direct myself only to find its a discontinued item and they have no parts, rendering the fan useless. DO NOT BUY

Great Design; lasted not three weeks than another failed after 6 months! – Five of the fans we purchased but did not have them hung until we had an electrician. the last of these was in October in the kitchen. When the hot weather came we tried to switch it on and well, after some coaxing it did work but making a god awful noise. reasonable . . . 23 November we reported the problem and today is 5 December.

What really got me is when i inquired why the long wait and received the answer;

"We want to make sure and check the material we are bringing to ensure that they work"

Had this been one fan and this type of attitude i would not have bothered to write about it, but two fans down and still no agreed replacement date and we are approaching another hot spell next week.

Not to happy Hunter Pacific 'International'; not with the product and not with the service. Will not be buying any further fans and have asked the two on order for us to be cancelled.
