Good Homes BUT Rotten materials – Do NOT use this company as once you get the Plans and agree on price and start the work you then find out that this ITEM and that ITEM on the Plans are NOT included in the Price. So they want more MONEY. After they have built the home and you move in, everything looks GREAT. Later you find that many pieces of TIMBER are ROTTEN outside where they should have used TREATED TIMBER. So on the cheap they have used 2nd or 3rd grade timber after having paid EXTRA Money to have to job done the way you wanted Also stitching in the carpets comes undone and the fall of floor in Bathrooms is bad so that water runs onto carpets where you have meter long cracks in the Grout After the warranty has expired you then have to pay more money for other Builders to come and fix the problems of the wood that is ROTTEN I would NOT recommend or use this company again.
