Hi I bought this and about the time it's gets good and deep massaging it cuts off. Then I plug it in and within minutes, its charged. Go to use it and in bout two minutes it shuts off again. Are they all that weak, does it supposed to get hot that quick.?

My girlfriend and I have a Hy -impact massager that won't hold a charge for more than 5 minutes. I used it on her back and it shuts off after a few minutes and won't come back on until I recharge it

I have only had this gun for a few months and I've never abused it or not followed the manual guide lines far as charging and taking care of it.. So now I am having issues with it staying on. It will only stay on for less then a minute.. is there any way to replace the battery? I believe that is the issue... But I can't see anywhere to tell me how to replace it

My Hy Impact unit shuts off after one minute. Then restart and shuts off after 30 secs, restarts shuts off after 15 secs. Unit does not appear to get hit or warm. Any idea the issue.
Reading many reviews and it is hit and miss if you get a good performing unit. Cheap Chinese trash.

I am having the exact same problem I bought mine 3 months ago from Walmart... But I know I haven't caused the issue I take really good care of it and I have followed the guidelines far as caring, storing, and charging the massage gun... can I buy a new battery and replace it? Or should I just give up give in and buy another? Probably not this same one if this is what happens... But I did love this gun if it still worked..

Recently had the same issue for o e 6 weeks out of warranty. Global Shop did not want to know about it and would not give any info about replacing the battery but it appears that you have to basically dismantle the massager to gain access to the battery if you can obtain a replacement battery as I could not even establish the type of battery. I am throwing mine away and buying a replacement one from Aldi which has a 3 year warranty

How long do we charge the impact massager before use first time
It really depends on how much you have used the machine. Up to one hour and no more as it can overheat. The machine is heavy and gets hot so keep an eye on the machine when you feel it getting hot. Best to turn off and let it cool down then check if it needs recharging. I would only recharge when cold not when hot.
