Avene Hyaluron Activ B3 Multi-Intensive Night Cream

Bad customer service – Two applications and my face turned red, eyes and face swollen, spread to my neck. I called avene who said they were sorry that happened and arranged for me to get a refund. Chemist warehouse staff completely ignored my issue, even though I started the conversation by explaining and I showed them my face and neck, face now peeling and neck still red. Gave me a refund and out the door. Very disappointed by lack of care.
