Fantastic Personal Training
I have been training with Serge for the past 4 years and in that time I've gone from couch potato to fitness addict. He is very professional and takes great care to make sure you are doing each exercise correctly. He makes sure that you never get bored by changing things up every session and is a great motivator!
Personalised training great for pregnant mums
Serge is a fantastic trainer, he takes the time to make sure you are doing every exercise correctly to ensure you get the most out of the session. He is also very flexible with adjusting the exercises when you are pregnant, I definitely feel like I'm in safe hands. He is very professional and knows how to run a great session.

Professional - friendly - flexible
I found the work out plans challenging but realistic, my strength improved and happy to say my body fat reduced. The flexibility of the PT meant I could fit training in around my work schedule. The fact that all I had to do was turn up made it very easy, the PT always brought what was needed for the session.
Built muscle and put on size

Very knowledgeable and able to tailor a workout to me. I have a pre-existing knee injury and the workout tailored in order to strengthen this weakness. Highly recommended.
Personal approach with the workout plan that met my fitness goals! I have managed to reduce my body fat % to 12%. At the same time i have improved my muscle tone and cardio vascular fitness. Each workout was different and fun. Trainers bring all the equipment directly to any location of my choice.
