Cheap flight that wasn't!
Booking process was easy. Flight confirmed then next day I was asked for $72 to issue e ticket as the airline had apparently put the fare up! Phoned office, still waiting for callback. Paid up but not happy!

It is same price with other agents but ifly have to charge credit/debit card fee, and it won’t notify you until you finish the payment process. Although it’s just $10 of credit card fee, still feel being scam when others agents no need to charge that. Hope Skyscanner can warn customer on the price search.
Can't speak much about pricing but boy are we thankful for the service offered by Justin and Michelle. They were very responsive, empathetic, and super supportive. Michelle worked on New Year's Day to help us reschedule flights and looked out for us to help us get the best option available, we can't thank her enough.

We feel sorry for all those who had a bad experience with ifly. However, we would like to appreciate our contact with the customer service officers, especially with Justin Hill. Justin was exceptionally great in fulfilling our demands for three tickets booked from Canberra to Barcelona. After series of a more than a dozen emails exchanged between us, we finally found our match. Although we paid an extra amount to change the dates of our seats, but all went well and smooth. We are very grateful to Justin and iFly.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had an issue with my visa and had to wait a week for it to arrive before i could leave the country. The problem was my flight was leaving in three days. I rang iFly and explained my situation and the amazing staff member Leah went out of her way to assist me from the very start of our conversation. Leah went through all the possible alternatives and found the cheapest option for me to be able to change my flight to another date. I didn't have to change the flight in the end as my visa came through earlier then expected. I was given 48 hours b...efore my flight to change it and iFly gave me additional time. This additional time proved to be exactly what i needed for the visa to come through without me having to change the original flight and I wasn't out of pocket. From start to finish Leah's customer service was elite. From answering the phone on the very first ring to the professional manner and obvious want to assist me throughout my experience. If I could give 10 stars to this organisation I would. THANK YOU Leah and THANK YOU iFly!!!! I am very appreciative and grateful and will booking direct with iFly in the future.

I dont understand the bad comments at all
I dont understand why there is so many people writing a bad comment. I just booked my flight from Sydney to Montreal (Canada) and Montreal to Sydney on 23 December and it was 50% cheaper than everywhere else. I tried to book on the website and the flights werent available so I talked to Amber on the chat and she hold it for me. I even called 2 times the company and Denise answer all the time its a really nice customer services. I am referring my friend he booked back on forth for 1800$ AUD. For me it went amazing and thank you so much!

I want my money refunded
I booked my flight from Brisbane to London just a few days ago. A few minutes later, I received an email saying that there was a technical issue or the airline wont function my booking. The email asked me to choose either option 1 - refund or option 2 - add extra money to take me to the other side for processing the ticket. I chose option 1 - refund. Then , the next email said that my booking cancelled and money will be refunded but have to wait the next working day (Monday) the account department would contact me. The next day, I waited, the a...ccount department never contacted me, so, I rang them. The guy on the other side said that he is aware of that and would do the refund and the money should be in my account in the afternoon. I waited, the money never refund back in my account. And today, is the second after our conversation, no money refunded. I am still anticipate the refund. Hope the website or ifly will get back to me and get my money refunded. Dear fellow passengers, it could be a scam site. Please beware. I will never book through this website anymore. I want my money refunded back to my account as promised. If I would not receive the refund, I will further write more bad reviews about this website. It is my money and it should be refunded.
Seeking more money after receiving a confirmation
I booked a return flight to London for two with iFly this week. I received an immediate confirmation and was then an email 3 hours later saying that a system functionality had picked up an incorrect fare level and the airline was asking for another $85. I was also offered a refund which I immediately accepted because I was never going to trust this site again. I rebooked the identical itinerary with a competitor for $40 more and paid only a $17 credit card fee instead of $44 charged by IFly
Outstanding Service, Highly recommend
Like a lot of people, I hesitated a bit at first before booking my flight tickets online these days. A quick ABN check and a check on their website kind of made me relax though. There was a chat, and I chatted with a real person who was located in Australia. So it all felt quite safe.
You know when you get an idea of good customer service? Whenever things go wrong. And boy, they did.
I booked my flights, processed the payment... and then the drama started. Flights couldn't be booked with the airline, cause there was some issue with the Sing...apore Airlines' system. NOT an iFly issue. They stayed back late at night with me, trying to fix the problem and get my booking processed. They jumped on the phone, spoke to Singapore Airlines and Lufthansa and nobody was able to resolve the problem. Through the whole process, Leah and the rest of the team were amazing! They kept me in the loop every step of the way, they understood how stressful it all was and they offered solutions. When nothing quite suited me, they went above and beyond to get my money back to me asap. And again, that is not an iFly issue, it is a problem with banking processing times. But Leah took initiative, contacted my bank to make sure the pending transaction gets refunded on the spot and doesn't stay stuck in between banks for 4 weeks. Cause this would usually be the case cause this is how banks work. Again, even this, would NOT have been an iFly issue. I think we are very quick these days to complain and a lot of these complaints can be very misleading. I wouldn't hesitate to book with iFly again, nor would I hesitate to recommend iFly to any of my friends or family. The whole team from customer service to accounting, has been fantastic, with clear and quick and straight forward communication. It was so easy to talk to them. And to get in touch or stay in touch. This is not a dodgy overseas online business. These are real people, a "real" travel agency based at the Gold Coast, who actually cares about their customers. They are very professional, they have crazy deals well under the market price, and the individuals working there definitely go the extra mile. It's been a while that I have received such a great service. I hope everyone who reads this feels encouraged to do business with iFly. You won't regret it. And in case management reads this: Leah definitely deserves an ward ;)
Bet deal by far
Found some fantastic priced flights from Perth into London. Out of Paris into Perth. No one was able to match the price. Then I read reviews of iFly and was instantly concerned.
We booked with them anyway and couldn’t be happier. Brilliant price and no problem whatsoever.
Only advice I can give is keep checking your booking on your airlines website for any changes.
Asked for a quote and they got my name wrong, even though both were received online. When I needed to change my flight in Amsterdam, they quoted me a very expensive fee. Went to the airline and was advised that I could change for hundreds less. Terrible communication and not a good experience to say the least.
Had a very good experience with them. I ended up buying flight tickets with the wrong date to return. I was in a very delicate situation and I needed their help urgently. They didn’t disappoint me, they managed to help me on time and everything went well with my flights. Costumer service was quick and effective. Thank you very much!!
Moved me onto another flight without notifying me, did not re-book my connection
I arrived at the airport at 8am for an 11am flight to be told by Virgin Australia that the 11am flight had been cancelled 2 weeks ago and I had been put on a 6pm flight. However that would have meant I missed my connection in LAX, which had not been changed. IFly.net.au had done nothing to fix the problem even with 2 weeks notice, and of course their office was shut when I called. Virgin Australia were great and re-booked me a connecting flight with another airline, and gave me a small amount of compensation. This is the first and last time I will ever book through a 3rd party travel agent. DO NOT USE iFly!!! But Virgin Australia are great. I will book direct next time.
Cancelled but forgot to Advise or Refund ?
Perth to London flight booked 2 months in advance. Day of departure try to allocate seat only to discover booking had been cancelled without any notification and no refund. Staff extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, they advised refund had been done but after insisting not received they advised it would be done that day, (still waiting) unethical and dishonest
Terrible customer service
Flight was changed multiple times then cancelled. Was told it would take 6-8 weeks to get a refund! How is anyone supposed to book another flight while waiting two months for a refund? Qantas refund instantly! It was a Qantas flight!!!
Do Not Use This Booking Agency!
We have had a terrible time with this company. Our flights have now changed 4 times since booking. We have been flexible and accepted the changes base on the fact that we had an airport hotel for one of the stop overs. Now turns out we must get a visa, leave the airport and catch a bus. I asked for a refund so we could book more reasonable flights and they will not refund us stating that accepted the initial changes. To cancel our flights will cost us $1500, and will take 6-8 weeks to process!!! How is this even legal. This is so unfair. How on earth can flights change that much, in all my years of traveling I have never ever had this happen.

I’ve read a lot about these guys so I was pettified to book but I did anyway.. I figured as long as I don’t need to change anything... well being nervous I made some mistakes ... thought it would cost a fortune but they got back to me instantly .. they were unbelievable! I am so impressed with the quality of service. I would recommend to anyone

Booked 2 flights today, money taken from my prepaid card and they are sending me messages asking me to send my card copy with numbers otherwise my booking would be cancelled!!! Are they serious??? Does anyone had same experience??? How did you deal with them??
I'm not sure about that, it sounds a bit dodgy. My husband and I booked Qantas flights through these guys and had our flights cancelled, still waiting for a refund six weeks later
I didn't sent my card's copy to them and today they just cancelled my booking. They sent me an email saying my refund has been processed so I'm waiting for the money. Meanwhile I've had put more money on my credit card and book another flight, this time directly with flight company. We'll see, I'm ready to go to the police if they don't refund me quickly!
