I received an email saying payment had not been received. I called the customer service number. No one answered. I received amazing customer service where Roxan called me back saying they had received a missed call from my number. She investigated the issue with the payment and even called back to say that the payment had been received and they will issue the ticket ASAP.Show details

We didn't use this company in the end. After a long process to select flights, we clicked book, then had to enter all our passenger details, this took about 10mins. When we finally went to confirm and pay, we get a message saying the price had changed and were spat back into the flight search. Lo and behold the flights were several hundred dollars more. We can't accept this practice so used another company.Show details
Service above and beyond
Have used iFly for booking of trip to Thailand prior Covid and with all the changes that have occurred over the past few years iFly have gone above expectations to ensure that my flight is on going.
Recently had to defer my June flight due to unforeseen circumstances and people at iFly were able to obtain travel credit with airline for 2024.
Personnel are pro active and very responsive.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Lost money due to their booking system
Found airline tickets to England on sky scanner with choice to book with ifly ($8000) or jetabroad. ($8500ish). Chose ifly (naturally), filled in all details, diligently checking everything was correct, because we all know it will cost if you get it anything wrong. Finding and entering frequent flyer numbers for all 4 passengers, entered credit card details and clicked to pay and it says the fare is no-longer available, their search for an alternate fare shows it will now cost me $8900!

Poor resolution and communication
I booked a flight in September 2022 for January 2023. During this time, I found I was unable to take this flight and communicated this in September, 2023 to the representation via telephone and email. Flight credits were not an option and my only resolution given was to cancel/rebook the flight. I discussed with the representative via telephone regarding the concern of not being able to find a desired date and time for 2024, and assumed flight was cancelled in the meantime as a reflection of the email thread. All in all, I have received terrible service and communication, sounding almost automated, after trying to resolve an issue since September. This has now resulted in the loss of money and a flight ticket as a result of negligence. I did not receive any other option or compensation for this matter. Very disappointing.

I bought my flight tickets from iFly for the first time this year. I have been using other similar services for the past twenty years. I must say that with iFly/Select Travel I had the best experience ever. There is always some level of hesitancy when one buys tickets online without talking to an actual human being. I often book travel online - I expect to get a great deal but also expect to do a fair bit of the work myself. I've used iFly a few times and recently had to request help to sort out some details on a booking I couldn't handle myself. The response was very fast and my issue was resolved - couldn't be happier!

Once you make the booking online we ticket in our QLD office and email you the tickets. You can then check the details on the airline website to select seating, meals, etc. All follow ups and services are offered through our QLD office.
