Follow-up · It’s easy to book flights online and if I’ve ever needed help I have found the response to be very timely. Customer service has always been pretty good.
Unreliable flights – I have attempted to book a flight multiple times without success. After flight is selected and all passenger details inputed, the website responds with flight no longer available but website still has flight booking available on refreshing the page multiple times. When selecting seats, there are also empty seats available. I have tried multiple times throughout the day. Show details

Lost money due to their booking system – Found airline tickets to England on sky scanner with choice to book with ifly ($8000) or jetabroad. ($8500ish). Chose ifly (naturally), filled in all details, diligently checking everything was correct, because we all know it will cost if you get it anything wrong. card details and clicked to pay and it says the fare is no-longer available, their search for an alternate fare shows it will now cost me $8900! I did not take an excessive amount of time. There was no warning about how much time to fill in the form, no warning that we were nearly out of time, why ask details like 4 peoples frequent flyer numbers if there isn't time to fill them in? Unfortunately our need to travel is both urgent and unavoidable. So my phone ran out of battery, by the time I got back to using the alternate company Jetabroad (naturally) the fare on their site was $9300. I bought my ticket from them because I'm not paying those ifly scum bags any of money after their attempt to raise the ticket price during a sale. All up I got my tickets for about $1300 more than it should have cost!

Extremely helpful – After having our flights cancelled on 2 previous occasions we booked the same trip again through iFly. Thinking we were finally safe the airline added an 8hr45min delay to our flight which then missed our connection overseas. The next best flight offered by the airline still included a 14 hour layover (we r traveling with 3 kids) which I asked for help with again from Trixie and she went above and beyond to make another change. All without additional fees. I am so thankful for the help. Trixie did not know the dread I was feeling in going through this process of trying to sort out flights again but she made it so easy. Other online agents took me 3 weeks and repetitive emails and calls to sort out the issues and this was done in the space of a few hours. I am extremely happy with the customer service provided and it has definitely encouraged me to use iFly again. I have much more confidence in Ifly than I do in the airlines not changing their flights schedules again. Thankyou Trixie!
Great customer service durimg COVID period – Want to thank the team.for providing regular updates in relation to an OS trip booked for 2020 that was suspended due to COVID. I was provided with the opportunity at the time to receive a full refund, less processing fee of $45 or alternatively hold onto my ticket for up to 24 months. me an email asking if I wanted to hold onto the ticket or have them ask for a refund. As a company they did not have to follow up with an email as I did make my decision 12 months earlier. With the uncertainty of COVID remaining high I chose a refund. It took a few weeks and I received the refund less the $45 processing fee which I have no issue with and understand it is most likely a fee from the airline. The communication has been superb and the emails received have always been courteous amd genuine always puttimg a smile on my face. I read other nasty reviews of refund stories and must say it is unfair the blame is pointed towards iFly when the refund comes down to the airline. Keep up the good work and look forward to booking with you again when international borders reopen. Thank you for all your help.

Amazing customer service – I received an email saying payment had not been received. I called the customer service number. No one answered. I received amazing customer service where Roxan called me back saying they had received a missed call from my number. Price changes – We didn't use this company in the end. After a long process to select flights, we clicked book, then had to enter all our passenger details, this took about 10mins. When we finally went to confirm and pay, we get a message saying the price had changed and were spat back into the flight search. Lo and behold the flights were several hundred dollars more. Misleading or deceptive conduct – On 4 Nov 22, I purchased flights from Sydney to Japan with iFly (also referred to as Select World Travel) on the Skyscanner platform. I paid $2,245 upfront. purchase is misleading and deceptive. You can't ask for additional payment after the fact.

Amazing Singapore Trip! Thank you iFly – Just got back from an amazing trip to Singapore. It was an easy online booking process for the flights with Singapore Airlines and the staff helped us with some hotel options. Stayed at the Clan Hotel - highly recommend it as it was built in 2021 and the staff there were so helpful and friendly. Great pool on the 30th floor with cool views of the city.
