It happened second time in 1 year and last time i had to fight long and they honoured finally. I am not in a situation to book with them this time even if they decided to honour again but awaring people not to waste their hard earned money through them. Always cheapest ticket but you never get it and got booking declined. When you call them, they offer you a much more expensive ticket. Don't waste your time and stay away from this booking agency. Look for reliable online booking agent.

We ended up using Nzd currency and had split payments.We had spent so much time and energy trying to buy tickets through some other companies with no luck. Suzanne was very encouraging, flexible and I appreciate how patient she was with us as it took some time until everything went through. Received tickets confirmation briefly after purchase. Not only the Cheers Travel Team helped me with finding the extra ticket during peak season on both the sectors for my onward long haul (s) but as a gesture of good will did not charge me for the change of tickets which given my very tight budget was greatly appreciated not only by me but was raved by y college Pricipal due to change of the curtain raiser ceremony of my Alma Mater being brought forward from 4th Jan 26 to 2nd Jan 26 while kicking in the Centenary Celebrations of my esteemed college as I would have missed the college as a Batch Ambassador (Class of 80) and as Location Ambassador ( Oceania) representing my fellow Alumni but for the great professionalism and courtesy extended by these two highly rated professionals. I will never try and book with this company again. They advertised a good price for flights but after I booked and put my card details in, they sent an email saying the tickets were no longer available at that price. Instead tickets were $500 more in price. This was highly stressful as I had to keep checking that my card had not been charged and it got me thinking that it could be a scam. flight got cancel, and qantas can only give us refund for it. and we have been given qantas and cheertravel notice our flight has been cancel at early april. both party keep giving us the answer the flight has not been cancelled. and back and forward for 2 weeks and finally they now tell us the flight got cancel, and we requested to change to different location. and they said they can only do refund. nothing else they can do
