Shoddy product – I am so disappointed in this tap - of which unfortunately I have two of (kitchen and laundry). The nozzle is plastic covered in silver foil (to make it look like metal - they refer to it as "metallized") and which after only three years has peeled off. Using the nozzle is very difficult when using very hot water as it is not insulated and is too hot to hold. It also leaks where the nozzle attaches to the hose. For the price, I would have expected something much better. I would take them back for a refund however that would require me paying for a plumber to come and take them out for me and then to reinstall new ones.
