Couch arrived smelling mouldy! – Lounge arrived from Sydney to regional NSW with all pieces and in good condition. “extremely busy” and the chat drops out. We love our couch in terms of size and colour etc, however this is an issue with storage in IKEA warehouse that needs to be addressed.
