Shocking customer service from Ilve – Anyone thinking about buying an Ilve product look elsewhere. Absolutely hopeless customer service and repair service. who service all Ilve appliances we have now without a working oven for over 3 weeks, because of a service technician from Alantin Services totally making our oven inoperable. The technicians from "Alantin Services" have no idea about the appliance they are meant to be servicing, and also damaged my kitchen cabinetry, wore dirty boots inside on our new floors, and zero hygiene. I am constantly phoning both Ilve and Alantin to get a resolution to our non working oven, and Ilve always promise to call back but do not! I will be going to ACCC now to demand a new oven immediately. Do Not Buy Ilve products, as they have the worse customer service and there products are not worth paying thousands of dollars for. We've also had issues with our Ilve gas cooktop. Stay away from Ilve!
