them take responsibility, perhaps recall the product, but safety is not their number one priority. So if you have this brand of oven please be vigilant in checking how it is working.

this oven almost burned my house down, as the door itself wasnt fitted properly from factory and didnt seal the doors heat in, and melted my cabinets, then after getting a replacment under warranty, it went wrong again and the oven light has blown and its 3 months old, i would not reccomend this product to anyone and stay well away, this product… Read more

has a 12 month warranty for a reason, and thats because thats its shelf life of how long it will last, until you need a new one.

Would give it minus stars if I could. 1st 2 broke after 9 months, residentia group came and replaced both. The next 2 broke after 6 months!! But according to residentia group they’re great ovens haha. Avoid at all costs same with our builder Redink homes who suggest them in their builds. Don't purchase – Purchased through our kitchen company when we did renovations. WORST OVEN EVER! Burns everything. Took a year to work out how to prevent it. Knob covers came off within a month. Blew up after 3 years so not under warranty. Replaced with the same one only to have the element stop working within 3 months. It's now been 3 weeks and we have had to chase chase and chase for it to be fixed. Still waiting Show details

Great design and great cooking! – I've had this oven for a couple of years now and it has really exceeded itself. The oven design is great and still looks brand new - even though I use it daily! Having the controls under the glass is very smart as I can't scrub them off when cleaning. I find the cooking is even and the telescopic runners are a great addition. Show details ·  1

Worst oven ever – Purchased this oven through our kitchen manufacturer 2 years ago - on to our 3rd replacement and had multiple warranty calls with faulty fans, overheating and knobs that stop working. Broken again now and manufacturer asking for proof of purchase - manufacturer doesn’t seem to have records of the replacements that they have sent to their own customers! About to give up and buy a new oven - but if won’t be an Inalto.  Show details

Worst decision! – Terrible design, need a degree in 'ovenology' to be able to use it and hopeless racks and trays. well - the manufacturer did send me some new sliders that make it work much better. The high lip at the front of the racks is down right dangerous, you need to lift things over it as you can't slide trays etc in as the angle makes them get caught in the rungs at the back. Be prepared for burn marks all up your arms! Very dangerous for anything such as a roast and vegies that are heavy. You can't get a good grip on the pan by coming in over the top. You would normally slide it out the front enough to get a better grip - not in this oven. The timer once you work out how to use it is useless unless you are standing beside it. 10 short very quiet beeps to announce that it is finished - can't be heard unless you are in the kitchen. Steer clear and buy a reputable brand from Harvey Norman or similar, like I am now going to have to do.

Looks good and performs well – I recently put this Inalto oven in my rental apartment. I am so impressed with how modern it looks and easy to use. Great value for money and gave my kitchen a much need refresh it needed. Wish I had purchased it sooner. Highly reccomend Show details ·  1

Works Great, looks even better! – I renovated my kitchen and installed the IO90XL9T, not only does thi soven look great with its simplistic and smooth look / feel but is such a functional oven, very clear easy to understand instructions and always reliable. Garbage – Does not deserve a star. Buttons broken off within 16 months. What a joke of machinery for this day and age. Considering to have it repaired, as it is still under warranty, or just throwing it to the scrap heap and never buying Inalto again. Show details

Looks modern, good value and works well – We purchased this for the property we rented after the landlord agreed to pay for the install if we provided the oven. Cooking is important to us so we wanted a better oven but one that didn't cost too much (considering we were renting!) and we couldn't be happier! You get a lot of features for the price plus it looks like it costs a lot more. The heat is quite even throughout which was a pleasant surprise too. Show details ·  1

Very disappointed. Just junk – We have got this oven with our new renovated kitchen by Freedom. The problems have began just from the start with our first InAlto oven, when we tried to set up the functions and temperature. In Alto company very fast but the problems with next new oven did not wait a long time to appear. There was a problem with the fan motor that made a loud sound while using the fan forced function, which could not be fixed by their technician. Then we smelt again the melted plastic smell. The knobs were melted in this replaced oven as well and we could not set up functions. We were offered a replacement oven again (it would have been the third one). But we insisted on a refund of the cost of oven, installation and delivery of a new oven of a different brand. Still waiting the decision from Freedom and InAlto.
