The old product was excellent but the 'new and improved it terrible – The 'new and improved' is water. You open the carton and only water comes out. I have tried to shake the cartoon but it is like cream water. It is no longer creamy and when put in coffee it is like drinking 'black coffee'. I am taking the product back to Aldi for my money back. I have opened six cartons and all are the same.
The case of the nebulous Vegetable Oil – We need to ask the question about accountability and transparency in product labelling and products ingredients generally. really care about its customer base? Recently Inner Goodness UTH has gone through a packaging revamp, and low and behold, instead of stating exactly what is in the product it had a nebulous " vegetable oil" as part of the nutritional panel . There are many oils out there, that are vegetable so, Aldi which one is it? Have you changed the formulation? How much more ink would it have taken to put the exact ingredients on the side of the package? I noticed that other food items such as the Sultanas now have only vegetable oil which was formerly cottonseed oil. There are many folks for whatever reason have to be incredibly careful in what they ingest and also who have high standards for ethically sourced items. I ask you again Aldi.. how hard could it be, to have placed the exact components on the side of your packaging revamp ?
Top Soy Milk For Frothing! – This new product surprised me. I froth it for my coffee. The froth texture was more than enough for my needs. Also great for other purposes. The Aldi product is sold in place of the premium brand.
