InSinkErator Evolution 200

Beware purchasing an Insinkerator – Please think twice before buying and installing an Insinkerator. Since purchasing a Evolution 200 when I built my new home the model has broken down twice. The 1st time when the service agent came out it was a faulty unit and was replaced. At that time I was informed by the service agent that a new warranty would apply to the new installed Insinkerator. Upon calling Insinkerator I was informed that the company,Insinkerator, was taken over by Whirlpool and that they were no longer offering any warranting on the 2nd unit they installed. as a replacement. Now I only put food scraps and veggie peels down the unit but when purchasing the unit initially I was told you could put anything in and it would be fine.

Best Insinkerator yet! – I have been using insinkerators for 20 years and recently needed to replace the most recent model. I bought the Insinkerator 200 and it has been worth the investment. It is quiet, fast and very efficient with minimal vibration. I am already recommending this model to friends. I have also had great service from Insinkerator when I call to ask questions about using the new 200 model. They are very responsive and helpful with good advice.

Great product! – Very quiet, effective, quick. It is the best disposal we have had. The Air Switch was a real benefit with stone bench tops as it saved expensive drilling and extra electrical work. The Evolution 200 was certainly worth the extra cost. I would highly recommend it!

Quiet and Sharp – This is an awesome InsinkErator - it is so quiet that sometimes i do not notice it is turned on. The blade is so Sharp and it even crushes small bones. It is not only sharp but is also quick ~ the sucks the rubbish down within seconds. I cannot live without this as it reduces lots of raw rubbish for me as it i do not need to empty my bins every two days before foods get rotten in the bins.
