Worst laptop, dont get fooled by its look and feel – After one year of use. Left Shift key & CTRL key getting stuck and make unusual sound when pressed down. Support center provides improper information about software updates and they feel useless on their service. RMA provided by seller without transit cover with no replacement laptop. No door step service support. After advised software update, speaker phone, microphone, 3.5 jack audio stopped working but no prompt support from support center.

Purchased in at Mwave Australia Online Store for $1,200.

Avoid Intel at all costs – Following the Intel support process bricked the laptop. To date, after multile months of chasing them for any action they've done nothing. Don't buy Intel, it's not worth it when something goes wrong.
