Had it 2 wks now. Doesn't clean dirty litter into waste bag properly. Clumping litter gets stuck around and at the bottom of the barrell. Ive had to clean and empty it every day. Been more work for me than the normal litter box. Waste of $408, still trying to contact the company for refund or any communication. very disappointed

Had no luck with you direct. Got an email from ipet saying contact harvey norman online store. Im back in the same position. All I'm getting from harvey norman is ticket numbers saying someone will be in contact. Never again will I fall for this trap
